LUCIFER (SWEDEN)
Lucifer was a Swedish death metal band that existed in the early 90s. When the
local death metal band Salvation (1989-1990 known as Metroz) had released their
first demo and were offered a record deal Mikael Andersson and two other members
had to do the military service so they dropped the band. After the service
Mikael formed a new band called Lucifer together with the Salvation drummer
Jonny. They recorded two demos and one 7" EP before splitting up in 1992. They
also recorded an album for the Mexican label Bellphegoth Records but they never
sent them the masters and therefore that album remained unreleased.
