MONASTERY (POLAND)

Monastery came into being in the first half of 90's and represents Polish Thrash Metal stage. Since that time the band has come into being on the music market playing many gigs which resulted in publishing a few demos and two records: "God Save" published by AR "Pomorze" Szczecin (PL) - 1993 and "Swieta Inkwizycja" publ. by Baron Records, Piekary Sl.(PL) - 1993. From the beginning the strong side of the band has been playing the concerts live, during which Monastery plays mainly own pieces and sometimes a few covers. Strong, powerful female voice adds originality to these style.
