MORBID ANGEL (USA/NC)

Formed in 1984 by founding member Trey Azagthoth,Dallas Ward and Mike Browning, the Floridian band went through a number of lineup changes.  What was to be the band's debut album 'Abominations Of Desolation', recorded in North Carolina in 1986, was shelved due to the band disintegrating in an physical argument over Browning's girlfriend. Upon completion of these recordings Browning left for Nocturnus. The newly constituted line-up, comprising Vincent, Azagthoth, Brunelle, lead vocalist Michael Manson and drummer Wayne Hartshell, relocated to North Carolina to cut Thy Kingdom Come demo. Manson did not last and dropped out before doing so, leaving Vincent to take on the frontman role for MORBID ANGEL.
