BACTHERION (PORTUGAL)


Bactherion was formed in early 1991 by Belathauzer (vocals/guitars), Tetragrammaton (bass) and Nuno (drums), being the latter shortly after replaced by Jeremoth. That same year they released the demo ‘The Miracle of Death’ with a total necrosound influenced by Hellhammer and Necroschizma. Apparently there were other songs that were never released. They subsequently changed their name to Filii Nigrantium Infernalium.
