BIFROST (HOLLAND)

Bifrost was formed in 1993 out of the the rhythms section's and Jean's cover band. When Guido (later of Hammerheart Records) joined, the band switched to originals and chose the name out of interest for the Vikings' Valhalla legend. The band switched to Guido's Hammerheart later although Osmose had offered the band a deal. The band had already split up once in 1996 following a row among members. After most of the members ended up in Conquered..., the boys simply called themselves Bifrost again.
