KILLING ADDICTION (USA/FL)

Killing Addiction are a death metal band hailing from Ocala, Florida. They formed in the late 80's, early 1990s era of death metal, spawning dozens of influential bands in the death metal scene. In 1990 they unleashed their "Legacies of Terror" Demo, which would be followed up by Seraphic Decay released 'Necrosphere' 7" EP and later followed by the awesome 'Omega Factor' CD in 1990 and the ultra rare 'Dark Tomorrow' MCD in 1998.

1989 DEMO

No cover. Tape had stickers on the shell. This is our first demo. Most people think Legacies of Terror was our first, but we recorded this a year earlier. At the time we didn’t know about the underground and this was only available locally.

Printed paper. Studio tapes. Only a hundred were made of the first run. There was a second run that looked different (see below) and then we switched to photocopy j cards and self dubbed versions.
