ORATEGOD (CHILE)

ORATEGOD Death Metal band formed in Santiago in late 1995 with the mission to touch and experience the Death Metal. The first formation of the band was composed by Rodrigo Zepeda on bass and vocals, Eduardo Vera on guitars and Jose Cordova in Battery. Under this training in 1996, began to publicize their music recitals and gigs in the underground circuit and Regions Santiago de Chile, before the end of the year edited a promotional rehearsal. In 1997 the band released more music and name within the scene of Chile, the same year entered the studios to record their first demo called PENTAMUERTE. Near the end of 1998 the band suffered some problems in their lineup, and until mid-1999 the band gets stable alignment, being formed by Mauricio Lagos on vocals, Maximilian Lagos on guitar, Felipe Riveros guitar, bass and Victor Trujillo Jose Cordova Battery. With this training start working on new songs deriving a brutal death metal style that remains today.
